ESP Virtual Conference: Join us at our ESP Virtual Conference on Saturday, February 3. Whether you are a secretary, custodian, food service worker, aide, bus driver, president of your local, building representative, or member—this session is for you. Our topic is “Raising Education Support Professionals by Elevating Careers Together” and will be presented by Jill Scarcelli and Debra Ward Mitchell from Illinois’ rESPect Coordinated Campaign.

Leadership Summit: "The Power of Authentic Relationships in Organizing" is the topic of our annual Leadership Summit which tackles current topics and gives answers every leader needs to know. Join us on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, for this virtual conference.

Legislative event: Our Legislative Reception will be Monday, March 18, 2024.

Megaconference: The name says it all—Megaconference—and it will feature twelve simultaneous breakouts in three one-hour time slots. Topics offered fall into the following three themes: leadership development, personal development, and professional development. Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 9, 2024!

NEOEA Day: Our namesake day is Friday, October 11, 2024.

Restorative Practices (OEA Professional Learning Seminar: Introduction to Restorative Practices and Using Circles Effectively): This two-day seminar will be held Friday-Saturday, June 7-8.

Summer Leadership: Our largest conference of the year is two days and features intensive training in association leadership for new and experienced leaders. Mark your calendar for Wednesday and Thursday, July 17-18, 2024.
